Kia ora koutou! I have been lucky enough to teach Junior through to Intermediate students. I have three children - Taliah and India are my older girls who keep me on my toes and update me with all sorts of text language, music and social etiquette! Then I have Chase, here at Eskdale School too, who has somehow become the ‘boss’ of my house with his energy and spark. To add to the expanding whānau, I also have two moko Reed and Braxton who are absolutely scrummy.

Hi! I live locally and feel very fortunate to live in such a beautiful place. I have a husband Nick and 2 children - Tamar who is in Year 8 and Liv who is in her second year at Girls High. As a family we love to travel and are looking forward to our next adventure. I have taught in many schools over the years, at all levels as well as in London for 3 years. I love spending time with my family and can often be found with my nose in a book! I also love to go for runs and try to keep fit in the gym when I can.

Hi all! I’ve been at Eskdale School for a few years now and it’s such a great place to work! I enjoy working with kids of all ages and am looking forward to my new role in the Year 5/6 Syndicate this year. My husband Richard and I have two children of our own - Kayla who is 8 and Cooper who is 6. We love spending time as a family hanging out, going to the beach, camping, and playing board games together. My hobbies outside of school include reading, shopping and beaching.

Kia Ora I have been a teacher at Eskdale School for close to five years now. I completed my teacher registration here and have been here ever since. It’s the best school of course! I have been teaching New Entrants/Year 1 up until this point, and I am also the Reading Recovery teacher for the Junior School; this year I will be teaching six children to accelerate their Reading and Writing skills. I’m looking forward to teaching in Karearea in the afternoons. I have a wonderful partner and two dogs at home, we recently added one into the mix. She keeps me busy, little Miss Willow. I love making changes to our house, I'm into the DIY and I rein in my brother who happens to be a builder. Family is very important to me.

Ngā mihi, I am proud to be a part of the Eskdale Community. It’s the most beautiful place and I have met lots of great people at the school already! I have had experience with many different year levels and I am really happy to be teaching Year 5/6 learners this year. I live in Napier and enjoy walking and running along Marine Parade in my spare time. I also enjoy singing, Kapa Haka and spending time with my whānau.

I have been teaching at Eskdale for a ‘few’ years and have taught all levels. Of course, I love teaching year 7/8’s the best! I have two children, a boy and a girl and three stepsons, all of which, bar my eldest stepson, went to Eskdale School. I love to spend time with my family and my dog Cocoa. My husband and I love going on road trips either on his motorbike or in one of his Jag cars (sometimes I even get to drive one to school!). I am a bit of a techie geek and also love reading. My happy place is playing my piano. I absolutely love being a part of Eskdale school, watching our wonderful students grow and succeed in everything they do.

Kia Ora whānau, I’m very proud to be a teacher at this awesome school and live in the community with my wife and two girls - Nari and Ara. Outside of school I like to surf, fish and get my kids in the sea as much as possible. While not on the staffroom Warriors bandwagon, I sadly support this seasons other wooden spoon contenders, the mighty Gold Coast Titans!

Kia ora whānau,
I am very proud and privileged to be starting my teaching career here at Eskdale School. I know that there is such an amazing learning community nurtured here and students are given every opportunity to grow and achieve their goals. Residing in Napier on the hill with my rambunctious feline Barty, I greatly enjoy the dynamic and innovative direction of modern education. I enjoy all aspects of the curriculum particularly mathematics, the arts, and physical education. I enjoy being active whether it be on the football field or training for a marathon. I love being a member of this exciting profession. Lets gone the Warriors!

I have taught from NE through to Year 8 in a range of schools. I am married to Mike and we have 4 children, Florence (8), Freddie (6) here at Eskdale, and Henry (4) and William (2). Our children are 4th generation here at Eskdale so I am passionate about our school and the special area we live in. I am often found out on the farm, gardening, or with my family at the beach and river, or pottering around home.
